Non Warranty
Whilst every possible care is taken to ensure that all our trees are true to type and variety, we are unable to accept responsibility for damage arising from disease, error, frosts, drought or other causes. We ask however, to be advised immediately on receipt of goods of any complaint.

Carriage and Packing
All expenses incurred in packing of plants and in their despatch will be charged to our customers. Priority given to collected plants. prices quoted do not include packing and carriage unless by special arrangement or by quotation.

Orders
Packages are consigned at owner's risk (purchaser's risk). It would be greatly appreciated if customers, when ordering would kindly state whether they would like us to send alternatives in the event of any selection being out of stock. Orders are accepted subject to the plants being unsold on receipt of the order. The placing of an order constitutes an acceptance of these terms.

Mail Order
We can supply trees by mail order but are restricted by our distributor to a maximum height of 90cm. Trees are normally despatched on a 3 day service.
